Although I do not understand all the reasons I receive psychic medium messages, I would like to share with you some of the things I do to personally assist myself in receiving these messages so that you may use them to perhaps help you become your own psychic medium to directly communicate with your deceased loved ones.
I, personally, have to have a minimum of 30 minutes between psychic medium readings to allow me to disconnect, settle down and clear my mind from each reading that I give. This break between readings helps assure that I can become ready to be devoted and engaged for the next clients on my schedule.
One of the most important tools I use before a psychic medium reading is meditation. Meditation allows me to CLEAR MY MIND and teaches my mind to FOCUS. These are very important things that allow me to OPEN UP to receive messages. For me, my meditation practice allows me to FEEL LOVE flowing from spirit and improves my ability to hear the messages intended for my clients.
I believe my meditation practice may also help those of you who are interested in becoming your own psychic medium for the purpose of communicating with your loved ones by beginning a meditation practice. First, to help you become one with spirit, you will need to find a quiet place in your home. It is best to start small with 5 minutes a day; and, if at all possible schedule it at the same time everyday to allow the practice to become a habit.
To begin, sit comfortably and begin to watch your breath. Inhale to the count of 1-2-3-4 and exhale to the count of 4-3-2-1. Notice at the end of the exhale count there is a PAUSE before you begin the next inhale. This PAUSE is where you want to focus your attention after several counted inhalations and exhalations. You will want to eventually stop counting and only notice the PAUSE. The PAUSE is the SPACE you are going to want to FOCUS on. The SPACE you are FOCUSING on is PEACEFUL and it is everyone’s SPIRITUAL home. Sometimes brain chatter enters this SPACE and it is important that you simply acknowledge that it is chatter without being annoyed with yourself for being unable to stay in the SPACE.
This is my personal routine that I believe helps me to communicate with your loved ones in spirit and I hope you will embrace this meditation practice as a tool that will assist you in becoming your own psychic medium to communicate directly with your loved ones.
